Products and Prices

Prices displayed on incensvalo.pro are in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Because flowers are natural products, the exact stems may vary with season and availability. We will always match the style, palette, and value of the bouquet you order. Bespoke arrangements are quoted individually.

Orders

Orders may be placed in the shop, by phone, email, or via the contact form. An order is confirmed once we acknowledge it and, where applicable, payment is received. We reserve the right to refuse an order if a product is unavailable or if delivery to your address is not possible.

Payment

We accept payment by card in the shop, bank transfer, and other methods agreed at the time of order. Full payment is required before delivery unless otherwise agreed for wedding or event contracts.

Delivery and Collection

Delivery terms are described on our Delivery page. Delivery dates are estimates; we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (severe weather, traffic, supplier shortages). Risk passes to you upon delivery to the address provided or upon collection from the shop.

Perishable Goods — Right of Withdrawal

Under Articles L221-28 and seq. of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to fresh flowers and perishable goods custom-made or clearly personalised. If you cancel before we have begun preparing your order, we will refund any payment received. Once preparation has started, cancellation may not be possible.

Quality and Complaints

We take care to supply fresh, well-conditioned flowers. If you believe your order is faulty or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery or collection with a description and, where possible, a photograph. We will offer a replacement, partial refund, or other remedy appropriate to the situation, in accordance with legal guarantees of conformity (Articles L217-4 and seq.).

Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or supplier failure, provided we notify you promptly and offer an alternative where possible.

Personal Data

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy, in compliance with RGPD.

Disputes and Mediation

In the event of a dispute, you may contact us first at [email protected]. Under Article L612-1 of the Consumer Code, consumers may use a free consumer mediation service. Our designated mediator: [placeholder — médiateur de la consommation]. You may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Blois, subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules.
